GTE is a journey, and we must continually redefine and rediscover. Quality and productivity alone are insufficient for success or survival; instead, cutting edge quality and productivity are required. TCG acts as a catalyst for system enhancement for all OEMs and their tier-1 and tier-2 vendors. We organize certification training programs in the areas of quality management, energy management, and inventory management, as well as short- and long-term services. TCG has been striving to improve Tier 1 and Tier 2 and to assist OEMs’ global quality mission of zero rejects and defects.
